18 Mile Bike Ride!

The Day after Col's Birthday we thought we'd go for a nice Bike ride. Some one else us that you could ride from UB North to Niwanda Park and it was only around 5  miles. WELL 9 miles later, we arrived! LOL Thank goodness we brought our wallet with us, so we could stop and eat lunch at Mississippi mudds and diapers and wipes for the kids too!! We hung out by the water for a while, then got back on the bikes and headed back to UB. We were HOT too. When we left the house at 9am it was 72, when we got back to the car at 2pm it was 91!! No wonder we were dying! It all made sense then! The boys fell asleep on the return trip and poor Mike feel asleep when we got home. I am LOVING being this active, 6 months ago I NEVER could have ran 5 miles let alone BIKE 18!!
Mike and I at the 6 mile mark. 3 more miles until we get to the park.
Lunch at Mississippi Mudds, and some much needed hydration!
Of course after lunch we got Ice cream! Love Col's new mustache and beard!
We took some nice relaxing time before we decided to bike it back.
This was on the way back. I had to stop quite a bit, my bike seat was hurting a Weeeee bit! LOL the boys were knocked out before we hit the first mile!

I keep trying to get Mike to go back, but no such luck yet. I'd like to try out some bike path's around here too soon!
